From the job record to QuickBooks Online

  1. 1

    Connect your own QBO company

Sign in with the QuickBooks Online account you already pay Intuit for. We do not resell QuickBooks.

  2. 2

    Choose what stays in sync

Turn on customers, invoices, payments, tax, and service items. Two-way sync is included; payroll stays in Intuit.

  3. 3

    Send the invoice as usual

Draft invoices stay here until they leave draft. Then they can push so the books match the bill you sent.

  4. 4

    Keep payments aligned

When a customer pays, the payment can sync to the same QuickBooks invoice instead of being typed twice.

Example: An invoice that does not need to be retyped in QuickBooks

The office sends James Thompson's service-call invoice. After it leaves draft, it can sync to QuickBooks Online with the customer and items. When he pays from the link, the payment can follow so accounting is not a second copy of the same bill.

Use your own QuickBooks Online company

Connect the QuickBooks Online account you already pay Intuit for. Two-way sync is included in True Blue Service; we do not resell QuickBooks or charge a separate Intuit fee.

Keep invoices, payments, and customers aligned

Sync customers, invoices, payments, tax, and service items so field work and the books stay closer together. This is not QuickBooks Payroll — payroll stays in Intuit if you use it.
