Members pay automatically through Stripe on your connected account, can view, manage, or cancel from a self-serve link, and you can track renewals, at-risk members, and the value delivered in Reports. Selling memberships requires Stripe Connect — the same setup that powers card payments.

The assistant turns job notes into reviewed estimate or invoice line item suggestions. It checks your company pricebook first, labels matched items, and requires you to review every suggestion before anything is added.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The rate per payment is 2.9% + $0.30 for online card, 2.8% + $0.15 for in-person (Tap to Pay, in the mobile app), and 0.8% for bank (ACH). International cards add 1.5%. Cash and checks you log as manual payments are free.

Yes — you pay Intuit directly for your QuickBooks Online subscription. Intuit doesn’t have an ongoing free tier, but they do offer a 30-day free trial and a 50% discount for the first 3 months. We include the two-way sync at no extra charge and we don’t resell QuickBooks Online — see Intuit’s current pricing.

Yes, any time. Upgrades prorate instantly; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose what you already paid for.
