- 1
Book the call
Put the service call on the shared calendar, assign a technician, and keep last visit history on the same job.
- 2
Quote the repair or replacement
Build an estimate from your pricebook and send an approval link when the work needs a yes before you start.
- 3
Document on site
Add photos, notes, and a signature on the job so the office sees what happened without a separate dispatch sheet.
- 4
Invoice the same record
Bill the completed work from that job and send a payment link. Completing the visit does not send the invoice by itself.
Example: A water heater, then a flush the next year
The office books James Thompson for Tuesday and sends a tech to swap the tank. Photos and notes stay on that job, and the office sends the invoice from it when the work is done. The next year he wants a flush, so they book that visit. Tuesday's notes are still on the first job.
Follow one plumbing call through to payment
The office puts the call on the schedule and assigns a technician. On site, the tech quotes from the pricebook when the repair needs a yes, then adds photos, notes, and a signature. The invoice and payment link go out from that same job when you are ready. Completing the visit does not send the bill.
A one-person shop and a small plumbing crew
One plumber can run the schedule alone. When you add a technician, they open the same job on the iPhone or Android app, in English or Spanish. The next visit is another appointment you book. Marking the first job complete does not put it on the calendar.

Questions plumbing owners ask before they switch
- Does accepting an estimate put the plumber on the calendar?
- No. You convert the accepted estimate and pick the time. Approving the quote does not auto-schedule the visit.
- Do I book the next visit myself?
- Yes. You book it. Tuesday's notes stay on the first job.
- Can I quote from my pricebook?
- Yes. Saved services, supplies, and labor pull onto the estimate, then onto the invoice.
- Does finishing the job email the invoice?
- No. You send it when the bill is ready.
