True Blue Service uses cookies and browser storage only where needed to provide, secure, and remember basic preferences for the Service.
We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. Because our current cookies are strictly necessary, we do not show a cookie consent banner.
These keep signed-in users authenticated and protect browser sessions. They are set as secure, httpOnly cookies where possible so JavaScript cannot read them.
If a user chooses to trust a device for multi-factor authentication, we store a trusted-device cookie so that device can be recognized during future sign-ins.
We store your chosen interface language (for example English or Spanish) so pages render in that language. For signed-in staff the choice is also saved to your account so it follows you to a new browser or device. This is a functional preference cookie, not used for tracking.
In preview or pre-launch environments, we may use a simple cookie to remember that a visitor has access to view the site.
We also use local storage and session storage for app preferences and convenience features, such as theme preference, dismissed tips, draft job form data, pricebook table layout preferences, and short-lived logout or security UI state.
This storage is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can clear it from your browser settings, but doing so may reset preferences or remove unsaved drafts.
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, session replay, or similar tracking tools in the future, we will update this notice and request consent where required before those tools load.
