From the call to the next visit

  1. 1

    Find the customer

Search the directory by name, phone, or address. Open the record the office already has instead of starting a duplicate.

  2. 2

    Confirm where the work happens

Contacts and service addresses live together. Extra locations are saved addresses on that customer, not a line in a notes field.

  3. 3

    Review what you already did

Jobs, estimates, and invoices stay on the customer so you can see the last visit, the quote, and what is still unpaid.

  4. 4

Keep files and notes with the customer

Job photos, files, standing instructions, and installed equipment stay on the same record the field opens from the job.

Example: One customer with two service locations

A commercial account calls about a second location. You add the new service address to the existing customer instead of creating another card. The next job, estimate, and invoice stay on that record, so the office and the field see the same history. If you are switching systems, import can bring that history in from a common field-service export.

Contacts and service addresses together

Store the people you serve and the places you work in one customer record. Multiple service addresses stay attached to the customer instead of living in a notes field.

A timeline of the work you already did

Review past jobs, estimates, invoices, files, and notes without hunting through email. You can also bring customer history in from common field-service exports.

Questions owners ask about customer records

Can one customer have more than one service address?
Yes. Additional locations stay on the same customer as saved service addresses, not as a separate customer or a notes-field workaround.
Can we import customers from another system?
Yes. Guided CSV import covers common field-service exports, including Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, and QuickBooks lists. You review the mapping before records are added.
Do technicians see the same customer as the office?
Yes. They sign in to the same company account. The customer, addresses, and job history are the same records. Pinned standing instructions also show on the job. Technicians do not manage the full office notes tab.
Is this a separate CRM?
No. Customers, jobs, estimates, and invoices share one record. You do not keep a second customer list for the field.
